The Top 10 Schools ranking identifies the schools that have produced the most awarded creative students in the 10 years since the YoungGuns were founded.

YoungGuns names Top 10 Schools of the Decade
YoungGuns has revealed the top 10 advertising schools worldwide, with Miami Ad School in Germany topping the list as the leading school for young creatives. Alumni of the school have taken the Student YoungGun of the Year award three times in the past decade, in 2005, 2008 and 2009.
The USA took the 2nd and 3rd spots in the ranking, with the School of Visual Arts in New York and the Miami Ad School in Florida respectively. The Miami Ad Schools in Minneapolis and San Francisco also placed.
New Zealand’s Media Design School featured in 4th place. RMIT and AWARD School in Australia came in 5th and 6th.
From Europe, schools in Sweden and Norway feature in the top 10 in addition to Germany’s number one spot.

Over the next month, YoungGuns will release a number of other Top 10 rankings on a specially designed, and extremely hot, website – http://www.ygaward.com/10years – that celebrates the young talent and incubator organizations that have nurtured those creative aspirations across YoungGuns last 10 years.
Some of the rankings are just straightforward, one to ten and others will be decided by public vote.
The rankings to be released, in the order below, are:
Top 10 Awarded Countries, Top Awarded Networks, Top 10 Awarded Schools, Top 10 Innovative Ideas (Public Vote), 10 Years of Call for Entries (Public Vote), Top 10 Awarded Agencies and Top 10 Awarded Young Creatives.
YoungGuns will re-release select virals from its last 10 years of Call For Entry Campaigns to coincide with each new ranking being revealed. These were created across the years by the following agencies: 2001 – DÁrcy Sydney; 2002 – Mother, London; 2003 – Fallon, London; 2004 – Leo Burnett, Chicago; 2005 – CP+B, USA; 2006 – Saatchi & Saatchi, New Zealand; 2007 – TAXI, Canada; 2008 – Droga5, Global; 2009 – YoungGuns.
YoungGuns has opened 2 NEW DIVISIONS in 2010 – YoungGuns PR and YoungGuns Design.
The 2010 YoungGuns Jury will consist of all the previous jury members since 2001. The talent and experience in this jury is outstanding and truly global in its representation and we are delighted for our entrants in this 10th year.
YoungGuns believes that ‘Almost everything that is great has been done by youth’ and our 10th Birthday celebrates and proves this fact. YoungGuns is the future, and the future is here although not widely distributed yet.
